Day 1 - Departure from Manaus at 8:00 a.m. on a regional boat to the ACAJATUBA JUNGLE LODGE, passing by "The Meeting of Waters". Arrival, welcome drink and accommodation. Lunch and canoe tour for reconnaissance through the "igarapés" and "igapós". Return to the lodge enjoying a beautiful sunset. Dinner and night tour in canoes spotting alligators with flashlight along the riverbank.

Day 2 - Getting up with the first light of dawn. After breakfast you go on a jungle walk tour on the Amazon forest to see and hear the jungle come alive. Lunch at the lodge and return to Manaus. Arrival at 5:30 p.m..

Day 1 - Transfer of flights RG 204, RG 200 e RG302. Departure from Manaus at 2:00 p.m. on a regional boat to the ACAJATUBA JUNGLE LODGE, from the Pier of Tropical Hotel Manaus without passing by "The Meeting of Waters". Arrival, welcome drink and accommodation. Lunch and canoe tour for reconnaissance through the "igarapés" and "igapós". Return to the lodge enjoying a beautiful sunset. Dinner and night tour in canoes spotting alligators with flashlight along the riverbank.

Day 2 - Sunrise tour followed by breakfast, walking tour in the jungle. After lunch fishing trip, you will have the opportunity to swim in the warm waters of the river. After fishing, visit to a native village. Return to the lodge for dinner and overnight.

Day 3 - Sunrise tour followed by breakfast. Visit to a fluvial beach at Negro river, where you will spend the morning. Lunch at the lodge and return to Manaus arriving at 5:30 p.m..

Day 3 - Breakfast followed by visit to a fluvial beach on the calm waters of Negro river, where you will spend the morning. Lunch at the lodge, relax and departure for a visit to native hut (caboclo's house). Return at sunset. Dinner at the lodge. Overnight

Day 4 - After breakfast visit to a native village. Return to the lodge for lunch. After lunch return to Manaus arriving at 5:30 p.m..

Day 4 - After breakfast departure in outboard motor canoe to "ANAVILHANAS" Archipelago ( the biggest fluvial archipelago in the world) to observe its Flora and Fauna. Crossing the island we will reach an Indian Village (Baniwas & Tukano's). Jungle trek with one of the Indian as a native guide to get knowledge about natural medicine , food etc. Stop on a natural beach for lunch(barbecue). After lunch proceed to River Jaraqui. Through the "Igapós" we will reach its waterfall. Fishing. Return to the Lodge. Arriving at 6:00 p.m. Dinner and overnight

Day 5 - After breakfast visit to "SAMAUMEIRA" , the biggest tree of the Amazon forest, which is used as a way of communication by the natives. Visit to a native beach on the calm waters of the Rio Negro. Return to the Lodge. Lunch and departure to Manaus arriving at 5:30 p.m..

BUJARU PACKAGE DESCRIPTION

Day 1 - Pick-up at Airport. Departure from the Pier of Tropical Hotel Manaus, at 2:00 PM to the Lodge. Arrival. Welcome drink and accommodation. Dinner and night tour in small boats, spotting caimans with flashlight, along the riverbank.

Day 2 - Early in the morning, a sunrise tour. After breakfast, a guided walking trek in the Amazon forest and a visit to the local people house (native) After lunch, Piranha fishing trip. Return to the Lodge observing sunset and "botos " (fresh water dolphin) Dinner and overnight.

Day 3 - Breakfast followed by visit to a fluvial beach, on the calm waters of the Rio Negro, where you will spend the morning. Lunch at the lodge, relax and departure for a visit to a native village. Return to the Lodge Sunset and dinner at the Lodge. Overnight.

1st Day – Our journey starts at 2 pm, with pick-up at the airport. We will leave Manaus around 2 pm, in a local type boat, heading to "Acajatuba Jungle Lodge". On arrival at the lodge there will be welcome drinks and then you will be taken to your accommodation. we will have dinner and then go for alligator spotting.

2nd Day – Early in the morning, we will have a tour to admire the sunrise and the Amazonian birds. After breakfast, we will do some adventurous jungle trekking, followed by a visit to a caboclo’s (native) house, returning to the lodge for lunch. For the brave hearted, there will be a spot of piranha fishing in the afternoon! For those few who survive we will return to the lodge for evening dinner and a welcome sleep, contemplating along the way the magnificent sunset and the local wildlife.

3rd Day – After breakfast, we will have an excursion to a beach in the Rio Negro, where we will stay for the morning. Later on, return to the lodge to rest and lunch. In the afternoon, we will visit a local village and get the opportunity to understand a bit more about the Amazonian culture.

4th Day – After breakfast, we will head in motorized canoes or local boat, to Anavilhanas Archipelago - the biggest fluvial archipelago of the world - and be able to admire the amazing fauna and flora. Continuing on, there will be a tour through the islands, with a stop to visit an authentic Indian community (Baniwas, Tukanos and Barés tribes), where we will be able to get to know a bit more about their culture and do a jungle trek with an Indian as a forester, getting knowledge about their food, natural medicines, etc. We’ll stop at a local beach for lunch and experience a wonderful barbecue. Depending on the season (October to March), there will be a visit to Arara waterfalls. After that, we will navigate to a town called Novo Airão, which is the very first city of low Rio Negro. There’ll be an overnight stay in a "pousada" - local lodge.

5th Day – After breakfast, we will visit the main attractions of Novo, Airão, which are: the floating dock from where we can see the domesticated "botos" (freshwater dolphins) playing with people; the serpentary which is managed by a biologist; the handicraft centre maintained by an NGO; the dockyard in which many famous local-type-boats are made, by making use of itaúba and piquiá-roxo, that are more resistant types of wood. People that work at that dockyard are local people that got all the knowledge of building boats from their ancestral family. After lunch, which will be at the "pousada", we will return to "Acajatuba Jungle Lodge", will have dinner and sleep, resting after a very busy day.

6th Day - After breakfast, visit to a "Sumaumeira", the biggest tree in the Amazon Forest, which was used in the past by native people to communicate, by using their wide roots as drums. We will then have lunch at Acajatuba and, after that, return to Manaus. Arrival at about 5:30 pm. Our adventure is coming to an end but the memories will last forever.

OBS: To attend passengers leaving Manaus on flight RG201 and RG205, the last day of package will be changed as following:
Day "X" - After breakfast, return to Manaus. Immediate transfer to the Airport (without extra charge)

Lunch will be followed by a local tour in motorized canoes through the dazzling "igarapés" (small rivers) and "igapós" (flooded forest) returning to the lodge during sunset. Later on, we will have dinner and then go for alligator spotting.
